Form Templates (Check Lists) allow you to reuse specific Form Items for easy use in work orders. Most commonly, these are used for inspections where you have a list of subtasks or checklist items that you would like to include as part of a work order.
The content can be a single word, to the HTML framework of an entire web page template, to everything in between or something different altogether. But forms are generally most practical when scoped to repeatable, semantic regions of a page template (header, main area, side column, footer, etc.) or to functional blocks within those regions (navigation menu, sign-up form, widget, footer list, etc.).
These templates include examples of key questions that may be asked at the end of each section, that could ensure the understanding of the information being provided, especially if the research study is complex. These are just examples, and suggestions, and the investigators will have to modify the questions depending upon their study.
